About Us

Bisou. Creperie concept starts in western France, at the Pink Granite Coast in Brittany, an lesser-known but beautiful geographic jewel.

Its colors inspired us to incorporate pink hues throughout the restaurant that we then accented with a touch of vegetal green.  
The famous Passage des Panoramas in Paris, near the Opera, allowed us to re-interpret the traditional Brittany kitchen in a modern milieu.  
Whether in décor or on the plate, the idea is to mix the raw aspect of a coastal cliff with a delicate finishing touch.
The carved wood panels are highlighted by a luminous and warming horizon line, the chairs remind of a family home, and the shining resin covering the tables forms the perfect backdrop for the stoneware plates.

Our Menu

Our stone-ground buckwheat flours are from Brittany and are gluten-free. We only work with fresh products and offer vegetarian-friendly savory crêpes.
